Cellier Saint Benoît Ploussard “Côte de Feule” is a Pupillin cuvée from the Arbois-Pupillin appellation made from the Poulsard grape. It comes from the Côte de Feule parcel, a south-facing, stony slope. The wine shows a light ruby colour with aromas of red berries, floral tones and subtle spice; on the palate it displays lively acidity and delicate tannins. This bottling highlights the Poulsard’s typical freshness and finesse.
