Description

A red wine from the Arbois-Pupillin appellation made entirely from Trousseau grown in Pupillin. The fruit comes from small parcels planted on calcareous soils containing fossilized gryphées, which contribute mineral character and a lean structure. Aromatically it shows red fruit with spicy accents and fine tannic texture. The wine offers an elegant, terroir-driven expression of Trousseau from Pupillin.
