Description

Aquila Reale Riserva is a Metodo Classico Trento DOC from Cesarini Sforza, produced as a blanc de blancs from Chardonnay grapes of the single vineyard Maso Sette Fontane in the Cembra Valley. Aged for more than 90 months on the lees, it shows a straw-yellow colour with golden highlights and aromas of candied fruit, pastry and subtle citrus. On the palate it delivers structure, balanced acidity and lasting persistence, reflecting the approximately 500 m altitude and the dolomitic soils of the area.
