Champagne Barons de Rothschild Brut is a non-vintage Champagne from the Champagne region of France. The cuvée is built around Chardonnay with a substantial Pinot Noir component (60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir) and offers a fine mousse with aromas of white-fleshed fruit and light toasty notes. It is matured on the lees and includes a notable share of reserve wines, which provide balance and structure.
