Champagne Cohésion Cuvée Les Gastronomes is a cuvée from the Champagne AOC produced under the Champagne Cohésion project. It is a blanc de noirs made from 100% Pinot Meunier and sold as a non-vintage (NV) bottling, reportedly with extended lees ageing. The cuvée is balanced, combining freshness and sapidity with notes of fresh fruit and mineral character.
