Millésimé 2019 du Gastronomes is a vintage Champagne from Champagne Cohésion, produced in the Vallée de la Marne. The cuvée is released as the 2019 vintage and is made from 100% Pinot Meunier. Aromas of white fruit, brioche/yeast and subtle toasted hints are noticeable, while the palate is balanced, silky and lightly saline. It pairs well with fish and shellfish dishes.
