Description

Fleury's Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut is a non-vintage cuvée from Fleury Père & Fils, produced in the Côte des Bar of the Vallée de l'Aube. It is made solely from Pinot Noir and released as Extra Brut, vinified using traditional methods. Typical aromas include ripe apple, brioche and almond, with a round, persistent palate. The house is recognised for practising biodynamic viticulture.
