Fleury’s Cuvée 30 Ans de Biodynamie celebrates the journey begun by the family in 1989, when Jean-Pierre Fleury started converting the vineyards to biodynamic farming. The Champagne brings together Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in almost equal proportions, from the 2000 and 2001 harvests. Oak vinification and an extended period on the lees accompany its production. The cuvée belongs to the history of Courteron in the Côte des Bar, where the family has made wine since the late nineteenth century. Its blend connects three varieties and two harvests, giving time a central role in maturation.
