Description
Fleury’s Sonate 2011 is a Côte des Bar Champagne combining Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with the former predominating. The cuvée is made without added sulphur dioxide and forms part of the Courteron family’s biodynamic work. The 2011 blend comprises 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. Its aromatic profile recalls freshly pressed grapes and chalk, while the palate develops a spicy component. The texture is broad, supported by freshness and a long finish in which the expression of the fruit continues to play a central role.
