Description

Fleury’s Sonate 2013 comes from the Côte des Bar and combines 92% Pinot Noir with 8% Pinot Blanc. The cuvée is vinified without added sulphur dioxide, continuing the biodynamic work of the Courteron-based family. Its Extra Brut dosage remains restrained. The 2013 profile shows pronounced tension, accompanied by aromas of gingerbread and toast. On the palate, the line is direct and persistent, with delicate toasted echoes. The blend distinguishes this harvest through Pinot Blanc’s contribution alongside the dominant component of Pinot Noir in the wine.
