Description

The Corton Grand Cru “Les Maréchaudes” 2021 from Chandon de Briailles is a red wine from the northern part of the Corton hill in Bourgogne. It is sourced from two small parcels farmed biodynamically and vinified using wooden vats with some whole-cluster fermentation. Made from 100% Pinot Noir and aged approximately 15–18 months in barrels, the wine shows red fruit and spice aromas with floral hints and fine tannins. It balances elegance and freshness and can further develop with additional cellar time.
