Description

Produced by Domaine Chandon de Briailles, the Savigny-lès-Beaune Aux Fourneaux 2022 is made from Pinot Noir farmed biodynamically. The cuvée combines parcels in the “Aux Fourneaux” climat — including both village-level vines and plots classified as 1er cru — and is aged in oak barrels (roughly 90% in used barrels, 10% in new) for around 14–18 months. The wine shows a fresh, fruit-forward profile with mineral drive reflecting the limestone soils of the site.
