Description

Les Chagniots is a cuvée from Chanterêves (Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott) made as a Bourgogne Aligoté. It comes from a small parcel called “Les Chagniots” and is produced using the duo’s careful, small-scale methods. Fermentation uses indigenous yeasts and the wine is matured partly in oak and partly in stainless steel, yielding a fresh, terroir-driven white.
