Description

Maranges Vigne Blanche is a white cuvée made by Chanterêves (Tomoko Kuriyama & Guillaume Bott) from fruit sourced in the Maranges commune in the southern Côte de Beaune. The wine is made from Chardonnay and is vinified with low intervention — long gentle pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and roughly 12 months of ageing in mostly used oak barrels. Aromas tend toward white fruit, citrus and floral notes, with a fresh, mineral-driven palate.
