Description
Bistrøtage B.20 is an Extra Brut Champagne (Blanc de Noirs) produced by Charles Dufour under the Françoise Martinot label, made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the Vallée de l'Arce in the Côte des Bar. The wine undergoes roughly four years of ageing, with part of the still wine matured in barriques and demi-muids and the remainder on lees; aromas include toasted notes and white fruit, with a generous palate, fine bubbles and a soft, velvety finish.
