Description

Champagne Charlie “Cellared in 2017” is a non-vintage cuvée from Charles Heidsieck, built mainly from long-aged reserve wines with a smaller portion from the 2016 harvest. The blend comprises roughly 48% Pinot Noir and 52% Chardonnay and leans heavily on reserve wines matured up to 25 years. The wine was cellared in 2017 and disgorged in October–November 2021, with a dosage of about 7 g/L.
