Description

Charles Heidsieck Rosé Réserve brings together Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, incorporating reserve wines and a portion vinified as red wine. First-press juice is worked separately by cru and grape variety in stainless steel. In the house’s general description, a powder-pink colour introduces strawberry preserve, vineyard peach and gingerbread aromas. The palate is broad and velvety, with suggestions of strawberry, raspberry and blackberry. The cuvée is shaped by a search for balance between freshness, structure and complexity, supported by the careful selection and combination of its constituent wines.
