Description

The 2023 Pommard Les Vignots marks Charles Lachaux's first harvest from this vineyard on the heights above the village, which he began cultivating in the spring of that year. It belongs to his Vinagrologie project, connecting agricultural work with cellar decisions through attention to biodiversity, living soils and the integrity of the grapes. Hand harvesting and careful bunch selection precede spontaneous whole-bunch fermentation. For 2023, maturation takes place in ceramic vessels, selected by the producer for their aromatic neutrality and their ability to let the identity of the site remain central.
