Chartogne‑Taillet’s Chemin de Reims is a parcel-driven cuvée from Merfy in the Montagne de Reims that reflects the house’s focus on terroir. Made chiefly from Chardonnay as a Blanc de Blancs, it emphasizes mineral clarity, bright acidity and a fine mousse. On the palate it shows good structure and a saline progression consistent with the local soils.
