Description

Les Couarres from Chartogne-Taillet is a single-vineyard Champagne from Merfy in the Montagne de Reims, released in an Extra-Brut style. It is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay fruit from the Les Couarres parcel, showing a mineral profile with a rounded texture and persistent freshness. Bottlings appear both as vintage-dated releases and as non-vintage cuvées depending on the specific disgorgement and release.
