Description

Les Clans approaches Provence rosé through a selection of Grenache and Rolle grown exclusively in the vineyards of Château d'Esclans. The grapes are gathered during the cooler hours and carefully sorted before processing. Gentle pressing, protected from oxygen, precedes fermentation in temperature-controlled oak demi-muids. Contact with the lees and regular stirring contribute to the cuvée's texture. The estate emphasizes concentration, breadth and a gastronomic character: a rosé conceived for the table and for developing complexity. Its time in wood is an integral part of the style, complementing the selection of fruit from the château's own vineyards.
