Description

Rock Angel is a Côtes de Provence rosé made from estate fruit and selected vineyards around the Esclans area. Harvesting during cool hours, optical sorting and gentle pressing aim to preserve the quality of the grapes. Winemaking combines stainless steel and oak demi-muids, with controlled temperatures and work on the lees. This combination defines a cuvée in which freshness is joined by a more layered texture. The producer describes red berries, floral nuances and a silky finish supported by acidity. It is an interpretation of Provence rosé that also lends itself to a place at the table.
