Description

Clos du Château de Bligny 6 Cépages is a non-vintage (NV) cuvée from the Clos in Bligny, located in the Côte des Bar (Aube). The wine is an equal-part blend of six Champagne grape varieties (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Arbane, Pinot Blanc and Petit Meslier) and is offered as a Brut Nature (no dosage). It shows a golden hue, with exotic fruit and herbal-spice aromas on the nose and a sunny, energetic palate that finishes with a savory bitter note.
