Description
Château de Bligny’s Grand Rosé comes from the Côte des Bar and combines Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with a proportion of red Champagne wine in the blend. Its colour recalls raspberry pink. Wild strawberry, wild raspberry, redcurrant and blood orange shape the aromatic profile, giving the fruit a layered presence. The palate is lively and follows a clearly defined line towards a finish suggesting juicy red pepper. The cuvée therefore offers an interpretation of rosé centred on the relationship between fruit, freshness and structure in the finished wine.
