Description

The Château de Pez Saint-Estèphe Grand Vin 2021 is a red wine from the Saint-Estèphe AOC in Bordeaux. The official 2021 blend lists 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc. It shows red fruit and floral notes on the nose; the palate is rounded and supple, with present but fine tannins and a balanced interplay of power and freshness. The wine is produced and released as the estate’s Grand Vin.
