Description

Château de Pibarnon Blanc is a Bandol rooted in the estate’s north-facing slopes, where the exposure encourages slow ripening. Clairette and Bourboulenc form the heart of the blend, complemented by other local varieties. The vineyards occupy terraces overlooking the sea, above a subsoil marked by blue Santonian marl. Hand harvesting is followed by direct pressing and fermentation in vats, with stainless steel used for maturation. The estate’s stated aim is a bright, energetic white, keeping freshness and the Mediterranean identity of its setting at the centre of the wine.
