Description

Château de Pibarnon Rouge is a Bandol built around Mourvèdre with Grenache. The estate’s cellar approach favours measured intervention, allowing the grapes and their place of origin to define the wine. Its reds mature in large, neutral wooden vessels drawn from different cooperage traditions. Maturation is intended to guide the structure while preserving the personality of individual parcels. The final blend brings those differences together, following the producer’s aim of retaining the energy and identity of its wines through a restrained approach to work in the cellar.
