Description

Famille Vincent Crémant de Bourgogne Brut, from the family behind Château-Fuissé, is made from Chardonnay grown in cool, elevated parts of the Mâconnais on predominantly limestone soils. The grapes are hand harvested relatively early to retain acidity. After pressing and stainless-steel vinification, wines from different vintages are blended. The second fermentation takes place in bottle using the traditional method, followed by time on the lees, riddling and disgorgement. The result is a dry sparkling wine with fine bubbles, floral notes and a fresh, fruity palate.
