Description
Famille Vincent Pouilly-Fuissé Marie-Antoinette honours Marie-Antoinette Vincent and belongs to the range associated with Château-Fuissé. Chardonnay comes from several parcels within the appellation, including young vines in Le Clos, Les Brulés and Les Combettes and other family holdings. Hand harvesting and whole-bunch pressing precede fermentation on the fine lees in stainless steel, generally followed by malolactic fermentation. The individual origins are vinified separately and blended progressively after racking and tasting, before a further period in tank until the wine is bottled.
