Description

Pale yellow with green highlights. The bouquet shows citrus, white flowers and white-fleshed stone fruit framed by distinct mineral notes. On the palate it opens bright, with a supple texture and lively acidity that lead to a long, mineral-saline finish. Fermented and aged 12 months on lees in oak (50% new); the vineyard is managed with organic and biodynamic practices.
