A 2018 vintage Champagne from Chevreux‑Bournazel, produced from grapes of the single parcel 'La Parcelle' in the Barzy‑sur‑Marne/Connigis area. Made entirely from Pinot Meunier and released as a zero‑dosage (zéro dosé) bottling, it shows a saline, fresh profile with citrus highlights and mineral drive. Spontaneous fermentation and extended lees ageing contribute to its structure and lingering finish.
