Non-Tradition 2021 is a dry white wine made from Grüner Veltliner grown around Illmitz in the Neusiedlersee area of Burgenland. The bouquet shows white-fleshed fruit and citrus notes with a subtle spicy touch. On the palate it is fresh and saline, medium-bodied with balanced acidity and a persistent finish.
