Austral from Clandestin is a Brut Nature Champagne made in the Côte des Bar (Aube) under the direction of Benoît Doussot. It is a blanc de noirs composed entirely of Pinot Noir from south-facing parcels on Kimmeridgian soils. The zero-dosage approach highlights a structured, fresh profile with saline drive, making it suitable both as an aperitif and with more substantial seafood dishes.
