Description

Clandestin’s Boréal Brut Nature 2022 is a Champagne Blanc de Noirs made entirely from Pinot Noir, labeled under the Champagne AOC and sourced from the Côte des Bar. Grapes come from north-facing, Kimmeridgian-soil plots and the cuvée is vinified with indigenous yeasts, aged on lees and released with no dosage (Brut Nature). The wine is dry, linear and saline in style, often paired with seafood and other savory dishes.
