Description

Les Passagers — Haut de Val Barmont 2023 from Clandestin is a Champagne AOC Blanc de Blancs made entirely from Chardonnay grapes sourced from the Haut de Val Barmont lieu-dit in the Côte des Bar (Aube). The wine is fermented in barrel and aged extensively on the lees, and it is released as a Brut Nature (zero dosage). This is a small-production, single-parcel cuvée intended to showcase the expression of the local terroir.
