Tintilia 66 by Claudio Cipressi (2019) is a red wine from the Tintilia del Molise DOP produced in San Felice del Molise from the native Tintilia grape. The wine undergoes controlled maceration and extended maturation in wood (around 36 months), followed by additional bottle ageing. It shows a structured profile with berry and spicy notes and balsamic hints, suitable with red meats and hearty dishes.
