Description
Bois Renault is a white wine made from Chenin Blanc by Clos des Bréteches, a small estate located in the heart of Anjou Noir in the Loire Valley. The fruit is grown on parcels with spilite (volcanic) soils, imparting a mineral and saline character. The wine is aged on its lees for about one year in oak, which softens and complements its tensile acidity. Overall it shows a focused, saline profile with clear territorial expression.
