Description

The Mâcon‑Cruzille “Manganite” 2022 by J. Guillot is a red wine from the Mâcon‑Cruzille appellation (Burgundy) made from Gamay grapes. The vineyards sit on limestone soils and include very old vines managed with organic viticulture; the wine is produced by semi‑carbonic maceration and aged in oak for about 10 months. Aromas of red fruit and spicy hints lead to a fresh, juicy palate with well‑integrated tannins.
