Description

The Mâcon Rouge Cuvée 910 2023 from J. Guillot (Les Vignes du Maynes) is listed under the Mâcon Rouge AOC and comes from Cruzille in the Mâconnais. The wine is a co-fermentation of Gamay and Pinot Noir from biodynamically farmed vines (Demeter certified), vinified with semi-carbonic maceration and aged about eight months in conical wooden vats. For the 2023 vintage production was roughly 8,300 bottles and 800 magnums.
