Description

The 2020 Cuvée du Papet from Clos du Mont‑Olivet is a Châteauneuf‑du‑Pape red made predominantly from Grenache, with smaller proportions of Mourvèdre and Syrah. It is produced from long‑established estate parcels and old vines; vinification includes extended maceration and mixed aging in foudres, demi‑muids and barrels. On the palate it displays concentration and structure characteristic of southern Rhône terroir.
