Description

Clos du Moulin aux Moines Meursault Premier Cru Charmes comes from a Chardonnay parcel acquired by the Rollin family in early 2022. Charmes is Meursault’s largest Premier Cru climat; the vineyard for this cuvée faces southeast at around 250 metres above sea level. The grapes are harvested and selected by hand in the vineyard, then slowly pressed. Fermentation in oak barrels uses only indigenous yeasts. Maturation proceeds without lees stirring or racking and ends with bottling without fining or filtration.
