Description

Clos du Moulin aux Moines Meursault Le Pré de Manche comes from Chardonnay on the upper hillside above Santenots and close to Monthélie. Nearby old quarries and exposed rock characterise the site, with southeast-facing soils of clay and pale limestone. The parcel was acquired by the Rollin family in 2022. Hand-harvested grapes are sorted and slowly pressed; fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maturation take place in oak. There is no lees stirring or racking, and the wine is bottled without fining or filtration.
