Description

Clos du Moulin aux Moines Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru Les Folatières comes from a parcel in the lower part of the climat, close to the Le Cailleret Premier Cru. Acquired by the Rollin family in 2022, the Chardonnay vineyard has southwest-facing clay-limestone soils at around 260 metres. The grapes are hand harvested, sorted in the vineyard and slowly pressed. Fermentation in oak uses indigenous yeasts; maturation continues without lees stirring or racking. The wine is neither fined nor filtered before bottling.
