Description

Cuvée Julie is Clos Marfisi's Patrimonio rosé, from a Corsican family estate founded in 1870. Its name is linked to Julie Marfisi, who presented her first production in 2011, identified by a letter J on the label. Julie learned winemaking alongside her father Toussaint, while her mother Madeleine supported her in managing the property. Her brother Mathieu subsequently joined the project. The family's work continues through organic cultivation and restrained vinification with small sulphur additions. The cuvée thus belongs to the continuity of five generations of winegrowers in Patrimonio.
