Description

The Cloudburst Chardonnay is a white wine from Cloudburst, produced in Margaret River with fruit from the estate vineyard in the Wilyabrup sub-region. The estate follows low-intervention, biodynamic practices, using hand-harvesting and spontaneous ferments. The wine typically shows a structured, tense profile with saline/mineral elements and notes of yellow peach, citrus peel and subtle bready/creamy complexity; it is produced in very small quantities and released by allocation.
