Description

Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc expresses Marlborough through fruit drawn mainly from the different areas of the Wairau Valley. Vineyard parcels ferment separately and are carefully selected for the blend, with the final balance guiding the process. For the 2024 vintage, the winery describes a restrained opening that develops into citrus, lime leaf, apricot and orange blossom. Passion fruit on the palate meets pink grapefruit and a saline edge. Bright, lemon-like acidity supports a concentrated, lingering finish. The result is a Sauvignon Blanc whose intensity is balanced by freshness and a clearly defined citrus character.
