Description

Parallèle is an Extra Brut cuvée from Champagne Colin, produced in Vertus in the Côte des Blancs from Premier Cru sites. It is a non‑vintage blend made 100% from Chardonnay, incorporating perpetual reserve wines and finished at a low dosage (3 g/L). The nose shows white flowers, citrus and almond/buttery hints; the palate is mineral and taut with fine bubbles and subtle biscuit notes. Well suited as an aperitif or paired with shellfish and seafood dishes.
