Description

Collard-Picard’s Essentiel Dosage Zero 2012 is a vintage Champagne released as Brut Nature with no added dosage. The wine is a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Meunier and 25% Pinot Noir, sourced from plots in the Côte des Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne. It is fermented in large oak foudres and aged extensively on the lees prior to release. The palate shows ripe fruit and biscuity notes with a persistent, fresh finish.
