Description

Collet’s Blanc de Blancs Brut is a Champagne cuvée made solely from Chardonnay sourced from Grand Cru and Premier Cru sites in the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. It shows an elegant, mineral character with a fine mousse; approximately 17% of the base wine is barrel-fermented and the blend includes reserve wines. The dosage and the assemblage produce a precise, tensioned style typical of blanc de blancs Champagnes.
