Description

The Esprit Couture 2015 from Maison Collet is a vintage cuvée from the Champagne appellation. The blend is dominated by Chardonnay and Pinot Noir (60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir), partly vinified in oak and finished at a 7 g/L dosage; grapes are drawn from selected Premier and Grand Crus. On the palate it offers finesse and balance, with citrus and brioche-tinged aromas and a poised, persistent texture.
